Speaking with Schlottman

I’m a Speech and Communication teacher in Kansas, a Speech and Debate coach, and someone who has a lot of thoughts about teaching, communication, and what actually works in a classroom. I love helping students find their voices, build confidence, and learn how to communicate with purpose. Early in my career, I’ve been honored to receive the Kansas Horizon Award and be named New Coach of the Year for my NSDA district.
